I had a lovely stay in Maitland! the rooms were very comfortable and clean, but breakfast wasn’t as good as advertised. I'd DEFINITELY stay again for the friendly staff!

Loved my VERY GOOD stay for one night. The hotel has peaceful and ideal location short walk to shops, restaurants and a cinema, the Cafe on the premises, and the mall, shops, cafes & restaurants all in walking distance. It also was to all attractions around. It was fashionable, brand-new and on the 2nd level. There were an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and an oven.
Their staff were kind of rude.

i’ve stayed in maitland before, but this time at quest really blew me away. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the river and cafes, and my room was super clean with comfy beds.
the noise from neighboring guests was disruptive.

The breakfast at the on-site café was a delightful surprise! It was like discovering a hidden gem—each bite was as fulfilling as finding a twenty-dollar bill in an old jacket pocket. With a menu that could rival any brunch spot, mornings were transformed from sleepy to sensational in no time.
Lift buttons confusing.

Paid $325 for two bedroom apartment and had to pay an extra $45 for a sofa bed to be made up for my 3 yr old. Thought that was a bit rude

I'm really happy I chose an executive apartment at this hotel, as it was stylish and modern, plus it has a fantastic location right in the heart of it all.

The bar here is modern, the staff, especially the manager, are very friendly, creating a quiet atmosphere.

The property had a great presentation and excellent shower pressure, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, I encountered some annoyances like noisy neighbors, an unserviced room despite high rates, and a frustrating towel situation. I found the $100 hold on my card for a week quite unreasonable.
